Maxthon Internet search engine announces Maxthon 6 with Bitcoin SV Blockchain technology [BSV]

Maxthon Ltd., a global Internet browser provider based in Beijing, has announced that the next version of its Maxthon browser will be the first browser with technology Bitcoin of the world for the Bitcoin SV (BSV) blockchain.

In a Press release published on February 3, Maxthon Ltd., announced that it was developing the next version of its Maxthon Internet browser that, when launched, would be the first browser with Bitcoin SV (BSV) blockchain technology.

According to the press release, the alpha release is expected at the end of February, and a beta version directed for March 2020.

The company said:

“BSV seeks to enable a world where data, transactions and digital activity of all kinds can be» in a chain «in a single blockchain, just as the world operates online in a single Internet. This new chain world needs a browser with Bitcoin, and that is what Maxthon will provide ».

According to the company, Maxthon 6, which acts as a blockchain browser, will provide easy access to content stored in blockchain. It will allow the user to easily integrate their Bitcoin SV wallets with the browser so that they can use BSV applications that will require a BSV wallet and some currency.

The browser also offers developers and businesses an open API so that they can easily integrate their blockchain applications into the Maxthon browser.

Maxthon believes that the BSV blockchain will drive the next generation of internet known as Metanet, a global protocol and framework, designed by Craig wright, to structure and facilitate the chain internet for the Bitcoin SV blockchain.

The company said Metanet will only work in the BSV blockchain because «Follow the protocol and the original design of Satoshi Nakamoto to massively scale the blockchain». BSV can handle a much larger data capacity and process large volumes of fast microtransactions at an incredibly low cost, which is currently 1/20 of a US cent.

Maxthon is a Chinese company known primarily for producing web browsers for Windows. Maxthon won CNET WebWare 100 Awards in 2008 and 2009 and ranked 97th on the PC World list of the 100 best products of 2011.
